From the Principal

Welcome to Belton Elementary where we believe in partnering with the home and the community to provide an innovative educational environment that encourages all of our students to Believe in themselves, Excel in performance, and to Succeed in life.

As we quickly approach the summer months, I would like to encourage each of you to get involved in our B.E.S. Summer Reader Club for rising 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. Exercise Your Brain! Read! is the theme of this year's club. Information is available in the office or on the web page for anyone who is interested. We hope you will all get involved in this wonderful program to promote summer reading.

I am very excited to begin my second year as Principal at Belton Elementary where I have spent most of my career. I taught math and science for fourteen years and was assistant principal for four years.

I graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I obtained my certification in Elementary Education a year later. I hold a Master's Degree in Elementary Mathematics from Walden University and a Masters Degree in Administration from Clemson University.

I believe that ALL children want to and can learn. Our goal at BES is to help all of our students reach their full potential.
